Jennifer has over 15 years of combined experience in business development and management, marketing, and campaign management. Early in her career, she employed her natural leadership and entrepreneurial skills to effectively run and turn substantial profits for several of her own successful business ventures.
Jennifer has made strategic contributions in both business and marketing, and is known as a leading authority regarding the development of creative and effective marketing strategies. Her experience, drive, and commitment to success is contagious. As a bonus, Jennifer is a team leader and an unwavering supporter at all times.
Jennifer is the former President of Young Professional Society (YPS), a division within the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Nevada. In addition, Jennifer is the 2015 award recipient of the ATHENA International Young Professional Leadership title, and a member of National Society of Leadership and Success.
Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Texas A&M-Commerce.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, volunteering, reading, hiking, and attending personal development seminars.
Karie brings over 20 years of experience in both the creative and corporate world of design. Being a 100% content-driven designer, with a tailored approach to each project, Karie aims to create meaningful, concise and useful products, boosting creative ideas to life. She has held various in-house design jobs, gaining valuable skills, which have strengthened and attributed to her unique ability within the creative process. She has a strong background in visual communications and graphic design.
Karie is a great communicator and a consummate professional. She is known by many for her passion to go above and beyond, ensuring that each client gains optimal results. Karie is passionate about her work as a designer and JCBarrier Group is honored to have her on the team.
In her spare time, Karie enjoys camping, boating, traveling, cooking, fishing, and volunteers for the USO (United Service Organizations).
Director of Operations
Rhoel brings years of experience in project management, volunteer coordination, event planning, and non-profit fundraising to JCBarrier Group, LLC. He graduated from UNLV in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics. He continued his education at UNLV by pursuing a Master of Arts in Ethics and Policy Studies while working as a clerk and runner at a major Las Vegas resort and casino, earning his degree in 2013.
After completing his Master’s Degree, Rhoel was recruited as the Development Director for the capital campaign for a local nonprofit. During his time as Development Director, Rhoel was able to secure over $500,000 in capital funding.
In addition to his professional and educational accolades, Rhoel is also committed to the Las Vegas community. He is currently a volunteer for several causes in the Las Vegas Valley. He has also served as the Secretary of Young Professional Society (YPS) within the Women’s Chamber of Commerce since 2016.
In his spare time, Rhoel enjoys reading, hiking, travelling, ballroom dancing, writing, and learning new skills.
